Academic appointees are eligible for a variety of types of leave. The following list of policies explain the various leaves types and give details on who is eligible for such leaves. - For Non-represented Academic Appointees:
- APM 760, Family Accommodations for Childbearing and Childrearing (includes Active Service Modified Duties, which is not a leave)
- APM 715 Family and Medical Leave includes Pay for Family Care and Baby Bonding (PFCB) options
- APM 710 Sick Leave/Medical Leave
- APM 730 Vacation (accrued by individuals appointed on a fiscal-year basis at 50% or more for six months or more)
- APM 720 Holidays
- APM 758 Other Leaves With Pay
